7th wedding anniversary

We had a fun anniversary this year!  I wrote bry a love note and made him this breakfast!
homemade eggs Benedict for breakfast!  They were really yummy!

We went to Macaroni Grill for lunch and it was perfect because it wasn't busy and we had time just to talk and be together! The food was amazing :)

It was Monday night so we went and took the kids for a bike ride down to Grant Elementary and played at the park!

On Tuesday night we went to a Jazz Game against the Phoenix Suns.  What a fun night.  The place was packed and it was a fun atmosphere.  We saw tons of people we knew! My bro and Robbie (he's like a bro to me too!), Chris Krause,  Kyle Whittingham, and the Governor.

Our wedding day was the happiest, seriously best day of our lives.  I love Bry to death!  He's my best friend.  We have tons of fun together.  He has taught me so much about being a better person and he is a HUGE example to me.  I remember just laughing all day on my wedding day and having Bryan hold me his arms and knowing he was perfect for me!  K enough of this mushy stuff..What a fun anniversary!

Memories are important!

There is a time and a season for everything in life.

Being the mom is the most important thing in my life right now....AND...Being a wife!!

So memories that I needed to write down lately....
Last Saturday, Nancy brought her kids over and we colored eggs together!! Then we went up and had a picnic with Hayley and everyone. It was a BEAUTIFUL day! The kids had a blast playing with their cousins! We got the pass of all passes this past weekend too! We went to Trafalga and took our neice Anna. She is quite the entertainer! We love that girl! I went on the Frog Hopper Ride with her. I about the biggest WUSS when it comes to rides where you have to go up and down. The kids loved it more than me!
What a fun day! We had yummy homemade Navajo tacos at Bry's parents house later that night!!
Hogan learned how to jump on the trampoline all by himself that night!! It was the like happiest day I've had in awhile! Everything about the day was AMAZING and HAPPY!

Easter Sunday was super awesome! I love being with family! We went to church. Bry gave an awesome lesson to his sunday school class. The 12 and 13 year old deacons and beehives! The only way I can wrestle Hogi is if I go into the classroom with Bry. He taught about the importance of going to church and why we SHOULD go to church. The deacons always have funny answers. We talked about the Atonement and the Resurrection!
We had a really yummy Easter Dinner at my parents house. We played Bocce Ball in the backyard and had an easter egg hunt too! Heidi the Weenie Dog raced the kids back and forth for her tennis ball. It's one of those moments where your gut hurts from laughing so hard watching your kids out run a dog!
I made my favorite Apple Strussel Bars and Ali made pb and nutella no bake cookies! They were amazing!
The other night we went for a walk/ bike ride down the parkway. The kids stopped and laid on the grass. We looked up into the sky and looked at the clouds, rolled down a mini sized hill, chased a cat and Bry threw a rock at it and the cat chased it down!

We went to Sweet Tomatoes for dinner last night and stuff ourselves full. Hogan was sooo awesome and sat in his high chair the whole time. (that's a first) Hunter reminded us about the time he pooped his pants and Bry sprayed him off with the Hose. May's tummy was hurting really bad so she went to the bathroom. She came back out and said "My tummy was hurting but then I went to the bathroom and now I'm HAPPY!"
So she ate smore!

I decided I really like good quotes!

“Listen earnestly to anything [your children] want to tell you, no matter what. If you don't listen eagerly to the little stuff when they are little, they won't tell you the big stuff when they are big, because to them all of it has always been big stuff.” -Catherine M. Wallace

May's 6th Birthday!

6 is so much bigger than 5!
May is getting so amazingly smart, pretty, and fun everyday! We were bad this year and didn't get that many good pics on her birthday ! Its the first year we haven't had a friend party so it was just low key and fun! We made may a Hello Kitty Pancake with Bacon Whiskers for her birthday breakfast! She decided to go to Chuck-a-rama for her birthday dinner! It was fabulous! The waitresses sang to her! She wasn't even shy to let them to sing to her! She got fun new shoes, new outfits, and the barbie laptop from grandmas and grandpas! She got a new fun pink bike from Mom and Dad too :) We love miss Mayley! She is a wonderful girl :)

making these for Mayley's birthday

I love this quote from Sis. Hinckley

We love this quote from sweet Sister Hinckley:

“I don't want to drive up to the pearly gates in a shiny sports car, wearing beautifully tailored clothes, my hair expertly coiffed, and with long, perfectly manicured fingernails.

"I want to drive up in a station wagon that has mud on the wheels from taking kids to scout camp.

"I want to be there with a smudge of peanut butter on my shirt from making sandwiches for a sick neighbor's children.

"I want to be there with a little dirt under my fingernails from helping to weed someone's garden.

"I want to be there with children's sticky kisses on my cheeks and the tears of a friend on my shoulder.

"I want the Lord to know I was really here and that I really lived.”
